    Inside/Outside Sales Position

    Job Description:

    Established industry leader with a startup type culture in the field of assistive technology for people with disabilities, located in Waterbury, CT is looking for an experienced sales professional to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be a professional, passionate, confident, creative, innovative, technologically savvy, outgoing team player with a get the job done attitude that will report directly to the sales manager.

    Key Tasks Include:

    • Telephone and face to face interaction with prospects and current customer base
    • Cold and warm calling to set face to face meetings
    • Preparing for and attending trade shows
    • Lead generation
    • CRM data entry
    • Customer service
    • Meetings and follow up with prospects and customers
    • Building relationships with key industry leaders
    • Local travel up to 25%, overnight travel up to 10%


    2-3 Years ACT! Or similar CRM software platform
    3-5 Years sales experience with a proven track record of growing and driving sales
    2-3 Years appointment setting telemarketing
    Excellent written and spoken communication skills
    Experience working with schools or special education is a plus
    Marketing and E-Marketing skills a plus 


    Base Salary plus Bonus and Commission
